On 3 June 2025, the Executive Director of the International Pepper Community, Mrs. Marina Novira Anggraini, and the IPC Secretariat paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Bayu Fajar Nugroho, Director of Small and Medium Industry for Food and Building Materials at the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia.
The fruitful discussion highlighted the Ministry’s ongoing support for pepper downstream development, including the establishment of the Pepper Center in Bangka and the procurement of modern processing equipment for the Pepper Center in East Lampung.
