Pure SriLanken cinnamon products: Grade our cinnamon products according to quality, keeping in mind the different needs of our valued customers. SriLanken cinnamon has a very thin ,smooth bark with a light-yellowish brown colour and a highly fragrant aroma. and we ensure premium quality and worker safety and health.
Cut Cinnamon: specially selected 8-10 individually packed cut pieces of cinnamon. this can be shipped in 500gr or 01 Kg. packets or to customer specifications.
Black Pepper: Peeffer Schwarz (Piper Nigrun Linn)
Ceylon Pepper is ranked best in the world. It is a hot aromatic condiment from dried pepper berry. It is used for seasoning and treatment of beef, and fish. Sprinkle a little grounded pepper over food arouse taste buds.
Black pepper is used in the food industry almost every country. It is indispensable in flavoring, meats, fish and sea foods, Vegetables and Sauces. It is the main ingredient in the world famous mulligatawny soup.(Milanu Thannir- Pepper water) . Sri Lanka origin pepper has high percentage of pepperine and Pepper Oil, Pepperine 9% to 10% and Oil 4% to 5%.Hence it has a high demand for industrial use.
Cloves – (Eugenia Caryophyllus)
Cloves are used whole in studding meat, in pickling fruits, spicy sweets, syrups and in stews, meat gravies. Ground cloves are delightful in backed and desserts, especially in chocolate mixtures. Cloves enhance the taste of sweet vegetables such as beets, sweet potatoes, boiled onion and winter squash. Sri Lanka cloves has high Oil content compared to other origin in cloves.
