Revtech is specialized in designing, manufacturing and installing complete new continuous steam sterilization units for herbs, spices and medicinal plants. These lines include 2 steps : sterilization under steam atmosphere and drying/cooling.
This process is new and completely different from autoclave systems. Final product quality including color and volatile oil content are much better and can be completely protected for the treatment thanks to a very low amount of steam in the system.
Operating costs are negligeable.
Cleaning is very easy and fast. Even CIP systems can be used.
Revtech is exporting its systems through all over the world. Each unit is adatpted to the specific requirements of the customer : capacity (kg/h), product final moisture content, product final temperature, final sterilization level, ....
