This year, the 44th Session and Meetings of IPC is hosted by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and organized jointly by the Ministry of Trade, Government of Indonesia and the International Pepper Community Secretariat in Jakarta, from 8th-11th August 2016. More than 300 officials and trade delegates from the IPC member countries of Brazil, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and other trade delegates from producing / consuming countries of the world attended enthusiastically in the 44th Annual Session and other Meetings.

In conjunction with the 44th Session of IPC, this year also IPC events included 41st Pepper-Tech Meeting, 7th Business Session of IPC, Pepper-Exim Meeting, Executive Meeting of the HOD and Pepper & Spices Exhibition for the benefit of farmers, consumers, industry and stake holders.
